Instead of the coastal road we took the inner road via Bandon to Bantry and stopped in Drimoleague. You can make lovely walks here following a river stream or going up the mountain. The campsite could only accommodate us after 18:00 so we are now siting in our camper along the river, resting. We walked 6 km along the stream and back through town. Because of the rain and mist we did not go up the mountain to see the castle remains.
